How to Place an Order
Placing an order at the effebistore.eu is easy. Simply follow the steps below.
1. Add items to your shopping cart by entering the quantity and clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
2. When you are ready to check out, click on "Cart." You can change the quantities in your cart, clear your cart, add items to your cart and update your cart. Once you are satisfied with your cart, please click "Next"
3. In order to check out, you will need to sign in or establish an account. If you already have a effebistore account, you may enter your user id and password and click Sign In. If you do not have an e-Store account, you can click on the "New User" link. You will be asked to enter your zip code and telephone number. If you have purchased from effebistore in the past, we will attempt to locate your information in our system. If we find your information, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and password to establish your account. If you have not purchased from effebistore in the past, you will be directed to a new user screen where you can establish a effebistore account.
4. Once you have signed in, you can click the Proceed to Check Out button.
5. At the Check Out page, you can review your order. If you have more than one Billing or Shipping Address, you can add a new Billing or Shipping Address. You can then enter your payment information and click Next.
6. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an on screen order confirmation as well as an e-mail order confirmation.
7. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a second e-mail confirming when your order was shipped. This e-mail will provide you with the date that the order was shipped.
Payment Methods
You may order on-line and pay by credit card or by bank wire.
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
We will charge your credit card for the value of the goods being shipped plus shipping charges
When you order on line, we will ask for your credit card security code.
The credit card security code is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Card.
Visa or MasterCard: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. Provide the three-digit number following the credit card number.
American Express: On the front of the card. Provide the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number.
If we are unable to obtain a match with your credit card security code and your credit card information, we cannot accept your order. We do this to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions and to protect our customers.
If you decide to pay by bank wire, the order processing will take more time because we need to check the actual credit.
Checking the Status of Your Order
You can check the status of your order by entering your user id and password in My Account – My Orders.
Changing or Canceling an Order
You may cancel or change within 24 hours your order writing to info@effebistore.eu
You may be unable to cancel or change your order if it has already been shipped.
Shipping Policies
We need about from ten to twenty business days to deliver the items in the world.

Returns and Refunds

You may return the items for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment.
If you decide to return the items, you must write a mail to info@effebistore.eu with a note stating the reason for your return and follow the instructions received by.
Within 10 days from the delivery date, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only.
Refunds may be made in the form of credit back to the original purchasing credit card only.
