The stocks and forends  are generally dispatched within 10 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via BRT/DPD Express Delivery at variable cost according to destination for foreign countries.

The LPA SIGHTS, Contessa and Toni System products could need about 20/30 working days for the delivery.
Upon submission you will receive an email with a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include the cost of packaging and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and it will be applied to each of the shipping costs.

EXTRA EUROPEAN UNION SHIPMENTS:

If a private customer or a company requests the shipment of items to a country outside the European Union, he must first ascertain which documents the customs of his country may require for customs clearance and import of that type of item. We remind you, in fact, that we can provide the documentation to EXPORT all our products, but some customs may require the recipient specific certificates for the IMPORT which is under the responsibility of the buyer.

If the recipient of a non-European Union country does not authorize or does not allow the importation of the goods due to the non-provision of these documents, no returns will be accepted or refunded and the goods will be destroyed at the Customs, according to the international laws in force.
